What's actually on the shelf.

Browse a shop the way you would walk it: by section, genre, author, series or A to Z. Prices and copies left come from the shop's own stock.

  • Series in reading order, with missing volumes shown as gaps
  • Search by title, author, ISBN or series
  • Out-of-stock books hidden unless you ask for them
Browsing a bookstore's Sci-Fi section

Buy through the shop.

Add books to a cart for that shop and check out on the shop's own checkout. Choose pickup or delivery there. The order, and the receipt, come from the shop.

Ask for the one they don't have.

If the shop doesn't carry a book, find the edition you want and send a request. The shop sees it in Stockroom, checks what it can order, and gets back to you.

  • Search every edition before you ask
  • Your sent requests stay listed on your phone
The Requests screen

No account. No tracking.

Community keeps what it needs on your phone.

On your phone

Your chosen shop, your carts, your sent requests, and your name, contact and ZIP code are saved on your iPhone.

Shared with the shop

Your name and contact go to a shop only when you send it a request, so it can reach you.

Paid to the shop

Checkout happens on the shop's own store. Community never sees your card.
